Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across

  Google Ads, Facebook Ads

  , and other ad platforms.
• Conduct

  keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis

  to enhance campaign performance.
• Create compelling

  ad copies, creatives, and landing pages

  for high conversions.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure

  maximum ROI

• Manage

  budgets effectively

  , ensuring cost-efficiency and profitability.
• Implement

  A/B testing strategies

  for creatives, bidding, and landing pages.
• Stay updated with the latest

  trends, updates, and best practices

  in digital advertising.
• Provide

  regular client reports

  with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

• Communicate with clients directly

  via calls and meetings, ensuring smooth delivery of services.
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of PPC executives towards achieving campaign goals.
• Collaborate with

  SEO, content, and design teams

  to align PPC campaigns with business objectives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in

  managing PPC campaigns

  on Google Ads & Facebook Ads.
• Prior experience in

  handling client calls and communication

  is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of

  keyword research, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies

  .
• Proficiency in tools like

  Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager

  .
• Experience with

  A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and analytics interpretation

  .
• Excellent

  leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Google Ads & Facebook Blueprint Certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
