The role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and market research Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong analytical skills and the ability to create strategic business plans Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients Experience in the staffing industry and knowledge of IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other relevant sectors is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
