Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development position located in Noida. The Senior Business Development professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strong business relationships, and creating strategic business plans. The day-to-day tasks will include market research, lead generation, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth by meeting sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, and market research
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to create strategic business plans
• Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external clients
• Experience in the staffing industry and knowledge of IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Engineering, and other relevant sectors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
