As a professional in this role, your responsibilities will include: - Conducting Due Diligence. - Drafting Offer Documents and coordinating with various stakeholders such as clients, legal counsels, registrar, share transfer agents, auditors, and other intermediaries. - Liaising with BSE, NSE, SEBI, NSDL, CDSL, and other regulatory authorities as required. - Ensuring proper documentation is managed as per Merchant banker requirements. - Advising clients on corporate governance practices and ensuring compliance with relevant Acts and guidelines. - Developing Policies in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations. Your qualifications should ideally include: - CA/CS/MBA/CFA In addition, you should possess the following skills: - Relevant Merchant Banking experience of 3-4 years with a background in CA/CS/MBA/CFA. - Expertise in various merchant banking services such as IPO, Open Offers, Buyback, Delisting, Right Issue, etc. - Thorough understanding of Companies Act, SEBI guidelines/regulations, Income Tax, FEMA, etc. - Ability to collaborate effectively in teams. - Willingness to travel to client locations for due diligence. - Strong presentation skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities.,
