To liaise with SBI Branch Managers and other teams of SBI to generate leads for merchant sourcing. Regularly track and report performance of the zone in terms of targeted sales and business volume She/he will be responsible for growing business volumes from existing portfolios and new acquisitions. Cross selling of the products to existing customers to generate revenue. Responsible for identifying, prioritizing & developing new & existing businesses. Handling Portfolios and serving queries of customers. Maintain strong relationships with the customers. Support leadership on key initiatives which support business growth and retention. Desired Candidate Profile She/he will also focus on expansion and acquisition of merchants within the zone regions assigned Improve customer satisfaction and drive business volumes of merchant relationship
