Manage Customer Service with Onsite Services for POS, Digital in store products
2. Complaint Management.
3. Portfolio Management Managing operations involving inspection and coordination with internal departments & external teams to ensure seamless service experience.
4. Retention Management – curing reasons for churn and aligning merchant to remain with us, Ensuring volume (100% Volume) remains with us.
5. Coverage – 100% base is touched and ensure maximum up time of payments medium. All payment accepted mode remains active at merchant’s outlet.
6. Manage bank owned asset reconciliation. Plan the terminals deployment among various locations to ensure that adequate stock is maintained to facilitate timely installations.
7. Compliance to Internal/External regulatory service standards and Satisfactory Internal Bank audits
8. Maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standard. Work closely with relevant stake holders to ensure pro-active ways and means for curtailing operation risk for the service process
9. Manage Installations, manage field service calls and manage field level product upgrades, Business Projects, activation and drive revenue on digital products viz. UPI, BQR SMS pay.
10. Vendor Management/Outsourced manpower management. Work performance and ensure work quality.
11. Xsell other products of the bank i.e. Liabilities/Assets/Cards / Other Core Xsell products to generate revenue & ensuring customer stickiness again through mapped off-rolls resources.
