Job Description

Role Overview: Pluxee, a global player in employee benefits and engagement, is looking for a talented individual to join their team as a New Merchant Acquiring professional in Mumbai. As part of this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new merchants in Mumbai to expand Pluxee's network and offerings. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential merchants in Mumbai to onboard them onto Pluxee's platform - Build and maintain relationships with merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding process - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for merchant acquisition and retention - Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize merchant acquisition efforts - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the merchant acquisition domain - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with Mumbai market and merchant ecosystem is a plus (Note: No additional details of the company were provided in the job description),
