Senior Business Development

You will be responsible for conducting due diligence and drafting offer documents. Your role will involve liaising with clients, legal counsels, registrars, share transfer agents, auditors, and other intermediaries. You will also be required to communicate with BSE, NSE, SEBI, NSDL, CDSL, and other authorities as necessary. Proper documentation management is an essential part of this job, in compliance with the requirements of the Merchant banker. Additionally, you will advise clients on good corporate governance practices and ensure compliance with various applicable Acts and guidelines. You will also be involved in framing policies as required under the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (LODR) Regulations. The ideal candidate for this role should have educational qualifications such as CA/CS/MBA/CFA. You should possess relevant Merchant Banking experience of 3-4 years and expertise knowledge of various merchant banking services including IPO, Open Offers, Buyback, Delisting, Right Issue, etc. A good understanding of the Companies Act, guidelines/regulations of SEBI, Income Tax, Companies Act, FEMA, etc., is essential. Moreover, you should be able to work effectively in teams and be willing to travel to client locations for due diligence purposes. Strong presentation skills and excellent oral and written communication abilities are also required for this position.,
