We’re looking for a Business Development professional who’s not just a seller—but a curator of relationships, a strategic thinker.

What You'll Do

• Identify and build a strong sales pipeline of clients across real estate, hospitality, lifestyle brands and creative agencies, both in domestic and international markets
• Develop and execute a mix of outreach strategies — from onlinee outreach including LinkedIn, Meta platforms to offline ones referrals, industry events,1-1 meetings and partnerships — to nurture a healthy pipeline for brand and film solutions
• Pitch brand and film solutions in a consultative, insight-led manner.
• Work closely with the strategy and creative teams to craft compelling proposals, decks, and narratives.
• Own the end-to-end client acquisition journey — from prospecting, database creation to closure.
• Track and report on pipeline metrics, sales activity, and client conversions.

What You Bring

• 8–10 years of BD or client acquisition experience in /media/creative industries/ hospitality industries
• Proven success in high-value sales or working with C-suite decision makers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and nurture relationships with C-suite decision makers — both verbal and written.
• A strong understanding of branding, storytelling, and creative execution.
• Comfortable with CRM tools, outreach strategy, and maintaining a healthy sales funnel.
• Aesthetically inclined with the ability to represent a brand that values beauty, depth, and distinction.
