Role & responsibilities Space Selling- Have to do Hardcore Sales and achieve the sales target of Space selling and Sponsorship Booking for the Exhibition Sales Strategy - Develop and implement a sales strategy for the exhibition, including identifying target markets, setting revenue goals, and outlining marketing and promotional activities. Generate Leads: - Generate Leads by Cold Calling, Different Exhibition visits, from Various Associations, leading brands. Relationship Management - Build and maintain relationships with exhibitors, ensuring their needs are met throughout the exhibition planning process and during the event itself. Travelling For the sales need to travel Pan India or the targeted region for the sales generation. Gather data/Information Gain various manufacturing clusters' information and their relevant associations to generate leads. Supporting hand support to the marketing team, event management team for the arrangement of road shows, digital promotions among exhibitors at regional places. Reporting- Provide regular reports as per management requirements, tracking progress against sales targets, identifying areas for improvement, and review and feedback from the markets. Preferred candidate profile Experience in space selling and Sponsorship Selling in exhibitions Experience in achieving sales targets and driving business growth Excellent negotiation and communication skills Sales Management, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Ready to Travel Pan India Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Knowledge of the Construction and building materials industry is Preferable
