Job Description

The Role:

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving regional growth through new client acquisition and managing P&L for the assigned territory. This role involves individual contribution initially, followed by team management as the region expands.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Achieve B2B sales targets and regional revenue objectives.
  • Identify, approach, and convert new clients within the territory.
  • Conduct meetings, product demos, and negotiations with CXO-level stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle lead generation to closure.
  • Handle and mentor a small sales team in the region (future phase).
  • Coordinate with Delivery & Tech teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • Prepare accurate reports on sales activity and pipeline.
  • Responsible for managing the region initially and the acquisition of new clients individually and in future with team.
