We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager with a deep understanding of LinkedIn and Meta platforms, a strong strategic mindset, and a flair for content. You’ll play a key role in shaping the digital voice of both our agency and our clients, driving engagement, visibility, and brand growth.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content-led social media strategies across LinkedIn and Meta platforms
• Create and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand tone and objectives
• Drive both organic and paid campaigns to meet awareness, engagement, and conversion goals
• Stay on top of trends, platform updates, and leverage relevant content formats (Reels, carousels, stories)
• Manage daily posting, performance tracking, community interaction, and reporting
• Work closely with internal design, strategy, and leadership teams, and coordinate with client stakeholders
• Contribute ideas for brand films and campaign content from a social-first perspective
• Monitor analytics and optimize content performance with agility
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and share insights for digital growth

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience in social media and content strategy (agency experience preferred)
• Proven success in managing LinkedIn and Meta (Instagram/Facebook) campaigns (organic + paid)
• A strong sense of branding, tone, audience segmentation, and storytelling
• Ability to turn brand briefs into content plans that drive performance
• Comfortable working across multiple brands and managing timelines smoothly
• Strong command over content writing, visual direction, and campaign coordination
• Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and scheduling platforms
• Bonus: Working knowledge of Canva, AI tools, or creative briefing tools
