What you’ll do): Own the Feed: Plan, post, and manage daily content across all our platforms - from Insta reels to LinkedIn think-pieces. Engage Like a Human: Reply, react, banter - basically make our online presence feel as real and relatable. Chase (and Decode) the Numbers: Track what’s working, what’s not, and tweak strategy till engagement graphs start climbing. Grow the Tribe: Come up with out-of-the-box ways to increase followers, reach, and love for the GrubPac brand. Collab with the Creative Crew: Team up with designers, writers, and marketers to ensure every post hits that sweet spot of visual + vibe. I nfluencer & Community Magic: Coordinate collaborations, shoutouts, and conversations that amplify our presence - authentically. Trend Radar On: Stay ahead of every algorithm change, viral trend, and competitor move - because being “so last week” isn’t in our vocabulary. You’ll Fit Right In If You: Have a natural knack for storytelling and engagement. Can make analytics sound exciting (or at least meaningful). Are equal parts creative strategist and internet native. Can scroll TikTok and call it “market research.” Have startup energy - quick, scrappy, and unstoppable. Bonus Points If You Can: Create content yourself (camera, captions, and charisma - the full package). Bring humor and personality to a B2B brand. Know your way around scheduling tools and analytics dashboards.
