This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to the firm's compliance framework and enforce quality standards and spearhead process-related improvements. We are seeking a Senior Associate responsible for monitoring of adherence to compliance standards and assisting in other process-related requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Technical expertise
- Support in the execution and reinforcement of compliance standards across the firm.
- Drive the continuous improvement of the compliance framework in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve complex compliance-related issues, providing expert guidance.
- Oversee the creation and refinement of process documentation and compliance procedures.
- Develop, review, and update process documentation and compliance procedures (as required).
- Conduct compliance monitoring activities to ensure consistent adherence to internal policies and regulatory mandates.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:
- Post-graduate or equivalent degree from a reputed institute
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a compliance role within a risk management framework.
- Deep understanding of global compliance regulations and the skill to implement them effectively in a business setting.
Ideally, You’ll Also Have:
- A proven track record in leading compliance program development and execution.
- Experience in project management, with a history of driving process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
Technologies and Tools
- Proficiency with industry-standard compliance management systems and tools.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting software.
- Knowledge of document management systems and best practices.
- Familiarity with risk assessment tools and methodologies.
- Eagerness to understand Service Quality Management (SQM) systems.
