What You'll Do As a Senior Analytics Consultant within the Operational Excellence team, you will be a strategic partner in transforming how we deliver customer implementations. You will use data to uncover insights, build scalable measurement frameworks, and lead projects that improve consultant effectiveness, customer experience, and implementation velocity. This role bridges analytics, systems thinking, and business strategy to enhance our operating model across important complexity queues and departments. You will report to Senior Manager, Operational Excellence What Your Responsibilities Will Be Performance Analytics & Insights: Develop dashboards to monitor goals (Implemented, Velocity, Quality, Gong, and C-Sat). Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve consultant productivity and implementation outcomes. Operational Improvements: Partner with GoLive leaders to evaluate and improve important processes, from onboarding to case management and implementation lifecycle. Lead quantitative analyses to assess operational bottlenecks, with clear recommendations to improve throughput and reduce customer friction. Help develop projects like queue rebalancing, forecast accuracy, and risk management models Strategic Decision Support: Build models and scenario analyses to inform investment decisions, staffing plans, or process changes. Collaborate with partners in Sales, Product, and Engineering to align with GoLive priorities Enablement & Change Management: Package and present analytical findings to partners ranging from consultants to senior leadership. Translate complex data into compelling narratives that support adoption of OpEx-led projects. Document analytical frameworks and support self-service tools for leaders. What You’ll Need To Be Successful 7+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or operations strategy (consulting, SaaS, or tech environment preferred). Experience analyzing complex datasets using Excel (can perform complex functions), SQL, and Power BI. Experience with process improvement methodologies and implementation life cycles. Experience with performance benchmarking or workforce optimization. Experience communicating and collaborating with partners to accomplish shared outcomes. Experience applying business insights to improve operational processes and deliver customer-focused outcomes. Experience working with ambiguous problems and structuring data-driven analyses to support decision-making. Systems thinking — the ability to see how individual improvements affect broader organizational outcomes. Experience identifying data patterns and using insights to recommend or guide improvements.
