Senior Analytics Consultant

As a Senior Analytics Consultant on the Personal Lending Data, Analytics & Reporting Team at Wells Fargo, your role will involve: - Bringing an analytical mindset to generate data or insights in collaboration with multiple stakeholders across the Personal Lending line of business. You will facilitate decision-making at transactional, operational, and product levels. - Leading the development and generation of reporting and data based on requests from various business facets. - Maintaining partner relationships to ensure high-quality team deliverables and SLAs. - Working closely with US partners and engaging with multiple business partners anchor program managers. - Designing and solving complex business problems using analytical techniques and tools. - Handling large data sets, both structured and unstructured, from multiple sources. - Direct involvement in the technical build-out and/or support of databases, query tools, reporting tools, BI tools, dashboards, etc., enabling analysis, data visualization, and/or advanced analytics. - Utilizing standard reporting and visualization tools such as SAS/SQL, Teradata, SSIS/SSRS, Tableau, Power BI. - Developing and maintaining a report and dashboard inventory. - Collaborating with cross-functional experts to ensure solutions are business-ready from risk, legal, compliance, and policy perspectives. - Leveraging various communication methods and styles across audiences to convey the product vision and address critical decision points. - Demonstrating self-management, problem-solving, and critical decision-making skills using strong analytical thinking in a complex matrixed environment. - Using empathy to understand customer and end-user needs and translating them into requirements. Qualifications required for this role: - 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Additional details: - Work timing: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST. - Work from Office: Currently mandated for 3 full days in office. Desired qualifications include: - 3+ years of experience within Consumer Lending portfolio. - Strong data and reporting skills. - Knowledge of common reporting tool sets including SAS, Teradata, Tableau, Power BI.
