Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Agency professional for the APC role. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Life Insurance Agency vertical, with a proven record of recruiting and managing advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, develop and manage a team of Life Insurance Leaders
Drive business through advisor & Leaders activation and regular field support
Plan and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Build a strong network within the assigned area
Conduct training and meetings to improve advisor productivity
Maintain strong relationships with customers and advisors
Ensure compliance and process adherence at every stage

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in the Agency channel of Life Insurance (mandatory)
Strong network and ability to hire advisors
Good communication and leadership skills
Target-focused and self-motivated
Ability to manage field activities and advisor meetings
