Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Agency Manager, located in Tirtol. The Senior Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of agents to generate business for the company. Key daily tasks include setting sales targets, supervising agent performance, identifying business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. The role emphasizes leadership in driving sales growth, ensuring team productivity, and maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in agency management, recruitment, and training of agents
• Proficient in setting sales strategies, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Knowledge of health insurance products and related sales practices is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently, address challenges, and meet targets
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
• Experience in the insurance or financial services sector preferred
