Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agency Manager based in Guwahati. The Agency Manager will be responsible for recruiting and managing a team of insurance agents, driving sales targets, developing business strategies, and maintaining customer relationships. They will also plan and execute training programs for the agents, monitor their performance, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role involves regular interaction with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.
