Senior Agency Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for enhancing operational delivery to maximize Agency business and customer acquisition. Your primary focus will be on delivering growth through revenue retention and generation initiatives. Collaborating with the Branch Operations Team, you will work on generating customer leads and achieving targets by deriving new initiatives from the existing customer base and untapped markets. It will be essential to leverage various vectors to meet the set targets and manage customer parameters persistency for sales.
