Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Bengaluru, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. As a Senior Agency Manager at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, you will lead and manage a team of agents to drive life insurance sales. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, and managing agency channels while achieving business targets. Daily tasks include monitoring team performance, providing mentorship, strategizing sales approaches, and ensuring compliance with company guidelines. The role also involves developing long-term client relationships and identifying growth opportunities for the business.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development expertise, with proficiency in team handling, client acquisition, and target achievement
  • Leadership and people management skills, with experience in recruitment, training, and motivating a team of sales agents
  • Ability to develop strategies for agency development, sales forecasting, and business growth
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in market analysis, competitor evaluation, and driving market penetration
  • Experience in the insurance or financial services sector is preferred
  • Results-driven mindset and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
