Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for business development & sales of Health Insurance and Wellness products.
Recruitment and Training of agents for promotion of health insurance and wellness products.
Acquire Agents and ensure closure of deals related to Health Insurance and Wellness requirements.
Creation of database and list of appointment of agents with customers
Provide appropriate advisory to existing and potential clients regarding their Health Plan requirements and existing portfolios
To liaison and establish strong networks with sales, underwriting and product teams of Health Insurance companies
To assist in closure of large deals in retail lines for the location

Preferred candidate profile

Age Should not be more than 40 for FLS role

Must working in Agency channel from industry

Require stable candidate, at least 1.5 years in 1 organization.
