Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Agency Manager role based in Barasat-I. The role entails leading and managing agency teams to achieve sales targets, developing strategic business plans, building agency networks, and mentoring agents to drive performance. You will be expected to oversee and enhance the agency's operational efficiency while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with internal processes. Engaging with stakeholders and fostering long-term partnerships will also form a key part of your responsibilities.

• Proficiency in managing agency networks and operational processes
• Sound understanding of the insurance sector, particularly health insurance products and market trends
• Proficient in using technology tools to drive business efficiency
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Bachelor's degree (required), MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred
• Prior experience in insurance sales or agency management is an advantage
