Job Title: Accounts Manager (Senior Level – Computer & Compliance Savvy)Location: Calicut, Kerala Salary Range (CTC): ₹30,000 – ₹70,000/month (based on experience & Qualification) Experience Required: 5–10 years in core accounting, taxation, and digital systems 👤 About the RoleWe are hiring an experienced and tech-savvy Accounts Manager to lead the financial and compliance operations of our multi-branch, fast-growing business group. With premium wellness products and nationwide showroom expansion, we require an agile accounts leader to oversee real-time financials and multi-location reporting. ✅ Key Responsibilities🔹 Core Accounting & Compliance: Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP / Zoho Books with 100% accuracy Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, income tax, and all statutory filings Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet, MIS reports, and financial summaries Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external CA firms and consultants Bank reconciliations, vendor payments, showroom sales integration, and claims Manage showroom-wise books and consolidate all branch accounts 🔹 Software & System Efficiency: Must be proficient with advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial formulas) Able to work with cloud accounting platforms (Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar) Familiarity with automated billing systems, CRM-integrated accounting, and ERP modules Ensure proper backup, version control, and document filing for audit readiness 🔹 Interdepartmental Coordination: Work closely with Sales, HR, Franchise, and Operations departments Support payroll processing, incentive calculations, and technician TA claims Ensure timely statutory payments and documentation for expansions 🛠️ Key Skills & Requirements B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / ICWA with 5–10 years of independent accounting experience Hands-on experience in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, MS Excel, and GSTN Portal Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and deadline adherence Excellent reporting, reconciliation, and problem-solving abilities Preferably with experience handling wellness, retail, or distribution sector accounts Strong command over digital systems and document compliance 🌐 Digital & AI Tools (Mandatory Requirement)Candidates must be well-versed in modern digital tools and AI-supported workflows such as: Google Sheets automation Cloud-based file management WhatsApp Business API tracking Accounting integrations with CRM/ERP Optional: Familiarity with ChatGPT or financial AI assistants is a plus 📩 To Apply: Send your resume to: hr@scottlumin.com 📱 WhatsApp: 7025111777
