About the Role

Account Manager

You’ll play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, understanding business objectives, and delivering creative solutions that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships
• Understand client requirements, briefs, and business objectives to translate them into actionable plans for the creative and strategy teams
• Oversee end-to-end project management — from ideation to execution and delivery
• Collaborate with creative, design, and strategy teams to ensure timely and high-quality output
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Present creative concepts, reports, and performance updates to clients with clarity and confidence
• Identify opportunities for account growth and new project initiatives
• Maintain a high standard of communication, coordination, and professionalism at all times

Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in

  advertising or design agencies

• Proven experience managing at least one

  major client account

  independently
• Strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising workflows
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously
• A confident, presentable, and client-facing personality
