Job Title: Senior HR Manager Location: Kozhikkode (with travel to regional offices if necessary)
Salary Range (CTC): ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience) + performance bonuses
Experience Required: 5–10 years in end-to-end HR management
👤 About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Senior HR Manager to lead the Human Resource function across our rapidly growing operations in wellness technology, retail expansion, channel partnerships, and franchise support. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building HR systems, managing recruitment at scale, designing performance frameworks, and handling compliance for multi-location operations.

✅ Key Responsibilities🔹 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Plan, post, and manage hiring for sales teams, merchandisers, technicians, CRM staff, showroom staff, and leadership roles
Design JDs, conduct interviews, finalize offers, and ensure proper documentation
Coordinate structured onboarding, induction, and orientation processes
🔹 2. Policy & ComplianceDevelop, implement, and update HR policies aligned with Indian labor law and company goals
Handle PF, ESI, Bonus Act, Shops & Establishment compliance
Draft offer letters, appointment letters, warning notices, NDAs, exit letters, and other HR documentation
🔹 3. Attendance, Payroll & Incentive SystemsOversee attendance management through biometric or app-based systems
Process monthly payroll, expense claims, and performance-based incentive payouts
Coordinate with Accounts for statutory deductions and reimbursements
🔹 4. Performance Management & KPIsDesign and track KPIs/KRAs across roles: sales, support, technicians, and franchise teams
Conduct periodic performance reviews and prepare appraisal reports
Handle grievance redressal, disciplinary action, and the escalation matrix
🔹 5. Culture, Training & RetentionFoster a performance-driven, healthy workplace culture
Conduct training programs for sales behavior, product knowledge, compliance, and soft skills
Implement staff feedback systems and handle retention initiatives
🔹 6. HR Technology & Reporting or implement tools like Zoho People, Excel Dashboards, or cloud-based HRMS
Maintain employee databases, HR reports, and MIS for management
Manage documentation for audits, expansions, and HR inspections
🛠️ Key Skills & Qualifications Master’s in HR (MBA-HR / MSW) or related field
5–10 years of full-spectrum HR experience (startup or retail chain preferred)
Strong legal/compliance understanding and policy-making experience
Fluent in English + at least one South Indian language (Malayalam, Kannada, or Tamil preferred)
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of HRMS, Google Sheets, Excel, and documentation
Confident communicator and strong people manager
