Senior HR Manager

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for the full cycle of hiring including recruitment, negotiation, interview lineups, documentations, and joining processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting initial screening of candidates, short-listing them, and managing the process until the closure of the position. - Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social networking sites, employee referrals, and external agencies. - Understanding position details, providing relevant candidates through detailed pre-screening to hiring managers, and driving closures by offering market intelligence and suggestions as needed. - Managing senior level, junior, and middle level requirements for various entities across India. - Collaborating with hiring managers to decide on recruitment strategies and executing activities like short listing, pre-screening, and interview scheduling/coordination.
