Job Description

As a Senior HR Manager in the Garment Manufacturing industry, your role will involve overseeing various HR functions to ensure the efficient operation of the workforce. Your key responsibilities will include: - Workforce & Attendance Management: - Ensure biometric tracking is in place for accurate attendance records. - Enforce strict discipline among employees to maintain a productive work environment. - Performance Management: - Implement Key Result Areas (KRA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) based salary increments to motivate and reward employees effectively. - HR Automation & ERP Integration: - Streamline HR reporting processes and integrate with ERP systems for efficient data management. - Develop and maintain HR dashboards for better decision-making. - Training & Leadership: - Provide guidance and mentorship to HR Assistants to ensure smooth operations. - Enforce HR policies effectively to create a compliant work culture. Qualifications required for this role include: - 8-15 years of HR experience in a garment factory or labor-intensive industry. - Proven track record in setting up and implementing structured HR systems. - Proficiency in Tamil is preferred, while knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
