Job Description

As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading end-to-end HR operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and cultivate a high-performance culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing HR strategies in line with organizational objectives - Partnering with leadership on workforce planning, succession management, and organizational design - Leading HR process transformation and change management initiatives - Benchmarking HR practices and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations - Managing end-to-end recruitment processes for timely and quality hiring - Strengthening employer branding to attract skilled professionals - Implementing performance management systems and facilitating appraisal cycles - Designing incentive, reward, and recognition programs tied to business outcomes - Building and managing the annual training and development calendar - Fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement initiatives - Maintaining HRMS for attendance, leave, and reimbursements management - Utilizing HR analytics to monitor trends and identify process improvements Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of Human Resource Management, Labor Laws, and Statutory Compliance - Hands-on experience with HRMS / ATS tools (Zoho People, GreytHR, Darwinbox, or equivalent) - Strong analytical and reporting skills using MS Excel and HR dashboards - Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities Educational & Experience Requirements: - Education: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resources (MBA, MSW, MHRM, or PGDM in HR) - Experience: 5-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior HR role - Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HRMS/ATS platforms such as Zoho People, GreytHR, or similar systems In addition, the company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, paid time off, and provident fund.
