1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower needs.
Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain harmonious industrial relations between management and workers.
Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues in compliance with company policy.
Organize employee welfare and engagement activities at the plant level.
3. HR Operations & Administration
Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
Supervise contract labour management and vendor compliance.
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs through performance reviews and management feedback.
Plan and implement skill development and safety training programs.
Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.
5. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Minimum Wages Act, and other applicable labour legislations.
Liaise with government authorities and handle statutory inspections.
Prepare monthly and annual HR compliance reports.
6. Performance Management & Appraisal
Support implementation of the performance appraisal system.
Monitor goal setting and performance evaluation processes.
Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement.
7. HR Policy Implementation
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures.
Recommend improvements to enhance HR processes and employee satisfaction.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education:* MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Experience:* Minimum 8–12 years of experience in HR & IR functions, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
Knowledge:* Sound understanding of HR operations, industrial relations, and statutory compliance.
Skills:* Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills; proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems
