Job Description

Experience: 3+ years (Experience in SaaS SEO Must)


As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for driving organic traffic growth and improving search rankings across all our digital platforms. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, technical SEO, and off-page strategies that align with the company's goals. You’ll be expected to stay ahead of the curve with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, ensuring our SaaS offerings are always visible and discoverable.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical SEO

    : Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and fix issues related to crawling, indexing, site architecture, page speed, and mobile optimization. Work with development teams to implement technical improvements.
  • On-Page SEO

    : Lead keyword research, optimize website content, meta tags, headers, URLs, and images to ensure each page is optimized for both users and search engines.
  • Off-Page SEO

    : Develop and execute a link-building strategy focused on acquiring high-quality, relevant backlinks. Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and other relevant websites.
  • Content Strategy

    : Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-focused content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions. Analyze content performance and iterate based on insights.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics

    : Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) to track SEO performance, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies. Report on key KPIs and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Keyword Strategy

    : Research and identify high-value keywords for both short-tail and long-tail search terms, ensuring that SEO efforts align with customer intent and business goals.
  • Lead Conversion Tracking

    : Monitor and analyze keyword performance and track lead conversion metrics to understand the correlation between specific keywords and lead generation. Adjust SEO strategies based on insights to optimize for higher conversion rates.
  • Competitor Analysis

    : Perform regular competitive analysis to understand competitors’ SEO strategies and identify areas of opportunity for optimization.
  • Local SEO

    : Optimize for local SEO efforts, including Google My Business and other directory listings, where applicable.
  • Stay Updated

    : Keep up to date with Google algorithm changes, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the company’s SEO strategies are innovative and up to date.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an SEO specialist, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, including site structure, on-page optimization, page speed, and crawlability.
  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, link-building strategies, and content optimization.
  • Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google data studio, and Moz.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) like Freshsales, WordPress, or similar platforms.
  • Optimize brand visibility across AI-powered and generative search engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) through contextually rich and semantically optimized content.
  • Conduct prompt-based keyword analysis, track generative search trends, and collaborate with content teams to enhance visibility in AI-generated results.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and apply insights to improve SEO performance.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as it relates to SEO best practices.
  • Understanding of the customer journey and the role SEO plays in driving conversions.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in subscription-based business models is a plus.
