As a SEO & GEO Analyst, you will be responsible for constantly learning and executing how brands are perceived, cited, and trusted in this new ecosystem. Your mission is to integrate technical SEO foundations, E-E-A-T content strategy, structured data architecture, and AI visibility optimization into a unified framework that ensures maximum discoverability. You will be responsible for making client, Pepper Square and its group companys brand visible not just in search results, but also in AI-generated answers, knowledge graphs, and industry thought leadership spaces, all supported by advanced analytics and actionable insights. Skills Technical: Must have Technical SEO Audits (robots.txt, sitemaps, crawl optimization, site speed), Content Authority (E-E-A-T content briefs, SME collaboration, AI-optimized content, content quality scoring), (GEO) Generative Engine Optimization (Real-time monitoring across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini; citation tracking; AI response optimization), Data & Analytics (AI visibility dashboards, competitor presence benchmarking, attribution modelling) and Digital PR & Thought Leadership: Industry research, expert commentary, publication outreach, brand mention amplification. Good to have HTML/CSS basics, Familiarity with AI monitoring tools and Exposure to international SEO strategies, especially for US markets. Others: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and reporting ability. Ability to explain SEO & GEO insights to non-technical stakeholders. Passion for staying updated with SEO, AI search trends, and algorithm changes. Ability to mentor junior resources for SEO research and reporting tasks.
