Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in software testing with at least 1–2 years in a lead role . Hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing . Strong knowledge of automation tools: Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit. Experience in mobile application testing (Android & iOS). Proficiency in test management tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.). Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Strong knowledge of SQL/database testing . Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment. Good to Have Knowledge of AWS services (advantageous). Familiarity with performance/load testing tools (JMeter, Locust, Gatling). Experience in cloud-based testing platforms Understanding of security testing practices .
