Search Engine Optimization Lead

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team. As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing search engine optimization strategies for the agency's clients and its own website. This includes conducting thorough website audits, collaborating with content creators to optimize content for relevant keywords, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices. You will also work closely with the digital marketing team to align SEO strategies with other online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate must have agency experience and a minimum of 3+ years executing SEO tasks for a high-volume consumer website or agency. You should have a solid understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, SEO audits, and tools such as SEMrush and Google Analytics. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also required. In addition, the successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with team members at all levels. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with certifications from recognized SEO platforms or institutions. Experience in presenting to senior leadership and familiarity with agency-level time tracking and project management tools are also important.
