We’re looking for a Program Manager who can take full ownership of key initiatives, bring structure to chaos, and ensure seamless experiences for both learners and internal teams. What You’ll Do: Drive end-to-end program execution by collaborating across Sales, Ops, Content, Tech, and other teams Maintain clean and efficient documentation, trackers, dashboards, and SOPs Proactively identify process gaps and implement scalable solutions Think through edge cases, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery Translate business goals into structured, actionable plans with clear ownership Who You Are: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven 1–3 years of experience in program/project management (preferably in startups or EdTech) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to anticipate challenges and solve operational problems Thrive in a fast-paced, ownership-first environment Good to Have: Experience in startups or EdTech companies Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Trello, or Asana A data-informed decision-making approach Why This Role?
