Account Management Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Management Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve our services. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management, data analysis, etc., What you will be doing here:Become your customers' strategic consultant and go-to person for help, deliver insights to help customers optimize the value of the product.Responsible for upsell and cross-sell revenue.Support clients in achieving their required goals.Identify successful customers and turn them into advocates, measured by participation in reference calls, case studies, and blogs.Bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers back to product teams.Contribute to the development of industry-leading processes and best practices for delivering Customer Success.Maximize your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction.Be the customer success specialist to interact via phone and email.Skills Required:2-4 years of Proven experience as key account manager working for SaaS, or Cloud companies.Experience writing customer-facing documentation.Analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into actionable plans.At ease demonstrating product functionality; ability to provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases.Engaging phone & video presence: enthusiastic, passionate, goal achiever and high energy, but also poised, confident, and extremely professional.Language : HindiSoft Skills Required:A creative, hard-working and humble disposition.Desire to make a strong impact on the lives of millions through their work.Capacity to communicate well with stakeholders as well as team members.A quick thinker who can adapt to a fast-paced startup environment and work with minimum supervision.
