Role

:

Senior Individual Contributor Role; Responsible for a portfolio of accounts. Account engagement and account management. Client relationship management, client expectations, value reinforcement, identifying cross-sell opportunities, required to be strategic about engagement strategies that lead to relationship building with Client. Financial management of account and profitability.

Responsibilities:

Proven track record on Account Management and client engagement. Own overall client satisfaction and continuing growth and evolution of clients, accomplished by driving the successful delivery of work product and cultivating strong client relationships.

  • Manage client relationships and commercials under account management.
  • Develop a strategic account growth plan. Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across existing and new business areas.
  • Stakeholder mapping & expansion. Build a comprehensive stakeholder map.
  • Proactively increase engagement and footprint across key decision-makers and influencers. Drive Awareness of Simplify Healthcare Solutions.
  • Create targeted outreach and education to ensure stakeholders understand the full value of our Product Portfolio.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, agreements, and renewals to ensure profitability and client retention.
  • Manage account invoicing, track receivables and unbilled revenue.
  • Manage the additional scope of work services under SOW/ Amendments.
  • Promptly address and resolve any client issues or complaints to prevent escalation and maintain satisfaction.
  • Track and analyse key account metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue, and performance, to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Act as an advocate for clients, providing feedback and recommendations to internal teams to improve customer experience.
  • Accurately independently manage and forecast revenue growth to achieve company revenue and margin targets.
  • Effectively manage escalations, communicate changes, and troubleshoot problems, assuring that the client and company commitments are kept.
  • Collaborate with implementation delivery teams on scope, contract, and risk management.

Required Skills:

  • Overall 10+ years of client facing role. Domain experience Healthcare / Payers.
  • Excellent account management skills including handling of commercials.
  • Unparalleled client relationship skills and business acumen you must be able to earn Trusted Advisor status with all clients.
  • Strong communication skills as well as a mind toward sales/growth.
  • At least 5 years recent experience in growing and managing complex client relationships in an information technology environment.
