About the Role:
Grade Level (for internal use): 09 The Team: The Quality Engineering team is at the forefront of leveraging AI technologies to enhance the quality and efficiency of our product delivery. In partnership with various Technology Functions and the Business, the team operates in an Agile environment and is globally distributed. The team is responsible for driving decisions that continuously improve customer experience and operational efficiency through innovative AI-driven solutions. The Impact: As a Quality Engineer managing AI systems, you will play a crucial role in developing and optimizing testing frameworks that utilize AI algorithms to enhance the testing process across Web/Data/API/Services. Your challenge will be to reduce the “time to market” for products while ensuring quality, by implementing AI-driven test optimization techniques. You will work with a variety of advanced technologies and collaborate with different internal teams. What’s in it for you:

Design and develop AI-driven test optimization solutions that meet organizational standards, ensuring reliability, reusability, and maintainability of automated regression suites.
Implement AI algorithms to analyse testing scenarios and optimize test cases for efficiency.
Develop test plans and test cases based on functional and design specifications, execute tests, and provide detailed analysis and reporting of results.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of business functionalities that meet quality and acceptance criteria.
Provide guidance and support to project staff using strong testing skills.
Review and approve team members' work in the creation of scripts, expected results, and defect descriptions, ensuring adherence to best practices and timelines.
Focus on developing efficient solutions for testing Web, Services/APIs, and Database requirements, participating in Agile meetings, project scoping, and technical reviews.
Engage in requirements reviews, emphasizing AI-driven testing strategies and best practices.
Actively participate in functional, system, and regression testing activities using AI-enhanced methodologies.
Gather quality assurance data and metrics to derive insights and conclusions for continuous improvement.
Estimate and perform risk analysis for quality delivery. What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in software testing or development with a deep understanding of testing methodologies, coding, and debugging.
Candidates must demonstrate advanced SQL skills. Expert level proficiency in SQL for database interaction is required
Strong Python coding skills are required
Hands-on experience with AI-driven testing tools and platforms.
Familiarity with distributed version control systems like Git
Basic knowledge of Azure and Agile methodology
Basic understanding of either Pytest or PlayWright
Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. A Bachelor's or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.

Shift Time: 12 pm to 9 pm IST
Hybrid Model: twice a week work from office
