As a Quality Assurance Manager, your role will involve meeting with software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters and leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures. You will be responsible for evaluating tools and technologies suitable for test automation on one or multiple projects and creating a methodology for building a test automation architecture. Your tasks will include creating an overall test architecture within continuous integration in a CI/CD pipeline and overseeing the drafting of testing documents. Key Responsibilities: - Implement testing procedures and oversee the QA process to ensure product quality. - Identify quality assurance process bottlenecks and recommend actions for improvement. - Troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures as necessary. - Conduct analysis checks on product specifications and define key KPIs for product quality. - Review Quality Assurance reports and ensure successful product deployment into the market. - Respond to requests from the design team and management. - Mentor and support QA Automation Engineers and testers in test automation tasks, evaluating their progress and providing support in automated testing.
