We would love to have you join our team!Scrum Master & Product Analyst (Dual Role)Role SummaryWe’re looking for a servant‑leader who can facilitate high‑performing Agile teams and drive product discovery and analysis. In this dual role you will (1) enable the team’s delivery flow through excellent Scrum facilitation and continuous improvement, and (2) translate customer, business, and technical inputs into clear problem statements, requirements, and measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate has depth in Agile delivery and a strong analytical toolkit to shape what we build and why.Key ResponsibilitiesAgile Leadership (Scrum Master)
  • Coach and facilitate one or more cross‑functional squads (events, metrics, impediment removal) to deliver high‑value increments predictably; champion scrum values and team health.
  • Drive relentless improvement using data (flow efficiency, cycle time, WIP, escaped defects); maintain visible working agreements and Definition of Done.
  • Partner with Product Owner/Manager, Tech Lead, QA/TAE, and DevOps to keep scope, quality, and risk in balance; facilitate risk/RAID management and release readiness.
Product Analysis & Discovery (Product Analyst)
  • Turn business problems into hypotheses, epics, and well‑formed user stories with acceptance criteria; keep the backlog groomed, prioritized, and testable.
  • Define and instrument success metrics (OKRs/KPIs) for features; set up feedback loops with users and stakeholders; translate insights into backlog changes.
  • Partner with UX and Engineering to validate solutions via prototypes/experiments and ensure traceability from requirement → test case → release notes.
Delivery & Quality
  • Ensure requirements are clear, small, and verifiable; collaborate with QA/TAE on test strategies and acceptance tests.
  • Keep work visible in our toolchain (Jira projects/boards, Confluence pages, dashboards and reports).
  • Support continuous integration and release cadence with DevOps.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Facilitate crisp communication across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and field teams; align priorities and trade‑offs in quarterly plans and sprint goals

Qualifications

Must‑Have
  • 12+ years total relevant experience across Agile delivery and business/product analysis.
  • Proven servant‑leadership and facilitation skills; hands‑on experience improving delivery flow and team norms.
  • Strong requirements analysis and decomposition; expert user‑story writing and acceptance criteria.
  • Proficiency with Atlassian Jira & Confluence for backlog management, reporting, and documentation.
  • Working knowledge of SDLC and QA lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written), negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
Nice‑to‑Have
  • Experience in scaled Agile environments
  • Domain familiarity with industrial/OT, energy tech, or SaaS platforms.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Working Conditions
  • Requires collaboration across Eastern and Western Hemisphere time zones.
