Company Description Argus Consulting (India) is a software consulting service firm with a focus on hi-tech technologies, including cloud-based technologies. Role Description We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst to join our team and lead the requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation support for our Salesforce CPQ platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce CRM, CPQ processes, and quote-to-cash (QTC) business workflows. You will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and efficient CPQ solutions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze CPQ and Quote-to-Cash (QTC) requirements. Translate complex business needs into functional specifications for Salesforce CPQ implementations. Design scalable, user-centric CPQ processes including pricing, product configuration, discounting, and approvals. Drive the configuration, testing, and deployment of Salesforce CPQ solutions in collaboration with the technical team. Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and training for end-users and support teams. Identify opportunities to optimize and automate business processes using Salesforce CPQ and related tools. Provide post-deployment support and enhancements based on feedback and evolving business needs. Support data migration, integration planning, and API coordination with third-party systems. Maintain deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, release cycles, and CPQ roadmap. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years focused on Salesforce CPQ (Apttus or Salesforce native). Proven experience in end-to-end CPQ project implementations (requirement gathering through go-live). Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and QTC lifecycle. Ability to define complex pricing models, product bundles, and quote workflows. Excellent skills in business process modeling, functional documentation, and user story creation. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with integrations involving billing, ERP, and eSignature platforms is a plus. Salesforce certifications preferred: Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Platform App Builder (optional) Nice to Have: Experience with DocuSign, Conga, Zuora, SAP, or NetSuite integrations. Knowledge of approval matrix setup and automated approval flows. Experience working with offshore development teams.
