Job Description

Gather and analyze business requirements from sales, pricing, and finance teams

Lead the functional design and configuration of CPQ solutions

Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce implementations, including workflows, validations, dashboards, and reports

Facilitate UAT, coordinate with QA, and support Go-Live activities

Mentor admins, lead agile ceremonies, and ensure user adoption

Plan and execute deployments using version control systems

Requirements

5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst with CPQ and Sales Cloud experience

Strong understanding of CPQ processes, Quote-to-Cash, and order management workflows

Expertise in Salesforce admin functions (Flows, App Builder, Reports, etc.)

Experience with integrations and data migration tools (Data Loader, Workbench)

Familiarity with Copado, Git, or other deployment tools

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Qualifications

Salesforce CPQ and Admin Certifications

Working experience with ERP integrations

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, Agile environment

Willingness to work night shifts occasionally
