Position: Salesforce CPQ Business System Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Business System Analyst witH 7+years of expertise in Salesforce implementations and support. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes within Salesforce and integrated platforms like NetSuite.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:

  7+ years in Salesforce CPQ Business System Analysis across implementation and support phases.

• Core Expertise:

  Strong understanding and hands-on experience in Quote-to-Cash, Opportunity-to-Invoice, Service Contracts, and Entitlement processes integrated with platforms like NetSuite.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Mandatory Salesforce CPQ Cloud experience; Salesforce CPQ certification highly preferred.

• Configuration Skills:

  Expertise in end-to-end product configuration and pricing setups — standalone, bundled, and nested bundle products, including product rules, attributes, guided selling, pricing, and discounting rules.

• Advanced Approvals:

  Proficiency in configuring Advanced Approvals (Quote/Quote Line level approvals, Smart Approvals).

• Documentation & Analysis:

  Proven ability to write clear user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, process flows, use cases, and perform detailed data analysis.

• Agile Experience:

  Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies — backlog grooming, sprint demos, Agile modeling sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Problem Solving:

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including conducting root-cause analyses.

• Data Handling:

  Proficient in Salesforce Data Loader and capable of writing SQL/SOQL queries for data migration, integration, and data analysis.

• Communication:

  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.

• Personal Attributes:

  A self-starter with strong organizational skills, adaptability, and motivation to excel in a fast-paced environment.
