We are seeking someone to take ownership of building, managing, and optimizing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to translate business goals into high-performing automated campaigns, journeys, and reporting.

The right candidate will bring both technical expertise and marketing insight, ensuring that our Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform is fully leveraged to drive engagement, generate leads, and improve customer experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Advertising Studio).
  • Manage segmentation, data extensions, and audience targeting strategies to ensure the right message reaches the right customer at the right time.
  • Develop dynamic, personalized, and responsive email templates using HTML/CSS where needed.
  • Create and maintain customer journeys with automated triggers, ensuring smooth lifecycle management.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign metrics and build reports/dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, and IT) to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Train internal teams on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices as needed.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency with key modules: Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, automation, and data management within Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience writing and troubleshooting AMPscript and SQL queries for personalization and automation.
  • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for building and editing responsive email templates.
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns that drive measurable engagement and revenue.
  • Familiarity with marketing regulations and data compliance requirements.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) strongly preferred (Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
