We re seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize our internal Salesforce environment across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud while collaborating closely with our Product and Engineering teams. This is a hands-on role responsible for day-to-day system management, configuration, user support, and process improvement. As well as providing product feedback and functional insight on how AppBeez can better integrate with Salesforce. This role sits at the intersection of business systems and product innovation. Ideal for someone who loves solving real business challenges and contributing to how a Salesforce-native SaaS product evolves.
Manage, configure, and optimize AppBeez s Salesforce org (Sales Cloud + Service Cloud).
Create and maintain fields, objects, record types, page layouts, validation rules, flows, and automations.
Manage user setup, profiles, permissions, roles, queues, and data access.
Maintain data hygiene through deduplication, validation, and data enrichment practices.
Support reporting, dashboards, and analytics needs for Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
Handle case management, service console configurations, and email-to-case setup within Service Cloud. Process Improvement s Cross-Functional Support
Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Support leaders to streamline workflows and enhance CRM usability.
Identify process bottlenecks and proactively design automation or configuration improvements.
Work with external Salesforce contractors or partners when deeper development is needed. Product s Engineering Collaboration
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to test, validate, and provide feedback on AppBeez s Salesforce-native functionality.
Act as a bridge between internal CRM operations and the product team, identifying feature enhancements or edge cases that impact Salesforce integrations.
Participate in product A cycles, UAT, and sandbox testing for upcoming releases.
Document and share best practices for Salesforce and AppBeez integration touchpoints. Required ualifications
3-5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
Salesforce Administrator certification required (Advanced Admin preferred).
Experience working in a SaaS environment or with Salesforce-native products strongly preferred.
