Job Discription:

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration (Lightning) focused on user support, basic config, and reporting.
• Proficiency with data management tools (Data Loader, DemandTools preferred) and data querying (SOQL; SQL exposure beneficial).
• Salesforce certification preferred (e.g., Administrator/ADM201); must demonstrate proven admin/config skills through experience and examples.
• Familiarity with automation (Flows): able to create, modify, and debug simple flows and workflow rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication: clear emails, concise documentation, and effective stakeholder updates.
• Organized and service-oriented: proven queue management, SLA adherence, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Asset management/financial services familiarity a plus.
