The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the overall health, configuration, and optimization of the companys Salesforce platform. This role ensures Salesforce remains a reliable, secure, and scalable system that supports enterprise business processes across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive continuous improvement, manage change requests, and ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities. Job Responsibilities System Administration & Maintenance Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permission sets, and data access controls. Oversee system configurations, including validation rules and flows, Ensure platform security, data quality, and compliance with corporate policies and governance standards. Perform regular system audits, release updates, and environment refreshes. Enhancements & Continuous Improvement Partner with business stakeholders to translate process needs into scalable Salesforce solutions. Design and implement new features, page layouts, and dashboards to improve productivity and reporting. Manage backlog of enhancement requests, prioritization, and release planning in collaboration with the Corporate Systems team. Evaluate new Salesforce releases and features, making recommendations for adoption. Support & Issue Resolution Serve as the escalation point for Salesforce-related incidents, troubleshooting, and integrations. Coordinate with IT and vendor partners to resolve complex technical issues. Integration & Data Management Collaborate with enterprise architecture and integration teams to connect Salesforce with other systems (ERP, marketing automation, data warehouse, etc.). Develop and maintain data management processes imports, deduplication, and cleansing. Support reporting and analytics through dashboards. Governance & Documentation Maintain detailed system documentation. Support platform governance, including release management, sandbox strategy, and change control. Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and audit requirements. Required Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience in a complex, multi-departmental environment. Proven ability to manage platform configuration, automation, and integration at scale. Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (required) Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with agile delivery practices and backlog management. Preferred Qualifications Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; Experience with CPQ and Experience Cloud is a plus. Advanced Administrator, App Builder or Platform Developer I Certifications Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato) is advantageous.
