Job Summary

Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
  • Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Configure workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and automation.
  • Handle data management including data imports, exports, and cleansing.
  • Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams.
  • Perform regular system audits, backups, and health checks.
  • Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide timely user support.
  • Manage releases, sandbox environments, and change management.
  • Ensure best practices in Salesforce governance and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
  • Experience with Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.
  • Strong knowledge of reports, dashboards, and data management tools.
  • Experience with integrations and AppExchange applications is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred.

Good to Have

  • Experience supporting US-based teams.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Basic knowledge of Apex and SOQL.
