About the Role
We’re looking for a Salesforce specialist with hands-on experience across objects, workflows, automations, permissions, and data models. The role centers around evaluating how AI systems perform Salesforce actions, annotating system behavior, identifying configuration issues, and defining standards for correct CRM workflows.
This role requires a strong grasp of Salesforce’s underlying logic, object relationships, automation rules, and data integrity constraints.
Responsibilities:
Annotation & Evaluation
- Annotate Salesforce actions such as record creation, field updates, validation checks, workflow steps, automation triggers, and dashboard interactions.
- Evaluate AI-generated multi-step CRM operations for correctness, data integrity, and compliance with Salesforce rules.
- Identify incorrect actions, permission failures, misaligned object relationships, or deviations from expected workflow behavior.
- Validate business processes such as lead routing, pipeline movement, opportunity updates, case management, and custom object flows.
Salesforce Configuration Analysis
- Review objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, approval processes, and automation systems.
- Analyze relationships (lookup, master-detail, junction objects) and ensure data access rules are being followed.
- Evaluate role hierarchies, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and record visibility logic.
- Identify configuration inconsistencies, dependency failures, or automation conflicts.
- Provide clear, structured feedback on Salesforce behavior and AI-generated steps.
- Document edge cases, exceptions, and CRM logic nuances that influence workflow behavior.
- Maintain consistent and high-quality annotations aligned with internal guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
- 3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong understanding of standard and custom objects, field types, relationships, and data model design.
Experience configuring and troubleshooting:
Validation rules, Workflows, approval processes, and automation (Flows, Process Builder), Dashboards, reports, and list views, Page layouts, assignment rules, lead routing, and pipeline stages- Solid understanding of roles, profiles, permission sets, record sharing, and access control.
- Ability to analyze failed actions, diagnose workflow issues, and explain system behavior clearly.
- Strong attention to detail for annotation accuracy and data integrity reviews.
- Bonus: Experience with CPQ, Service Cloud, integrations, or QA/process evaluation work.
Soft Skills Required
- Strong analytical reasoning - ability to trace workflows and catch subtle inconsistencies.
- Clear written communication for explaining system behavior and annotation decisions.
- High concentration and consistency for reviewing repetitive cases without quality dips.
- Comfort working with incomplete information and ambiguous configurations.
- Collaboration skills for working with AI/engineering teams.
