Job Description

As a DealHub (CPQ) & Salesforce Administrator at our company, you will be a crucial part of the Business Applications team, focusing on supporting and enhancing our quote and opportunity management processes. Your responsibilities will include: - Administering, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce and DealHub platforms. - Designing, implementing, and improving scalable solutions for managing quotes and opportunities. - Automating workflows, maintaining data integrity, and managing user roles and permissions. - Customizing objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and reports in Salesforce. - Configuring and supporting CPQ tools within DealHub, including product catalog setup, pricing models, and quote templates. - Acting as the subject matter expert for Salesforce and CPQ within the quote-to-opportunity process. - Collaborating with sales, operations, finance, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver enhancements. - Troubleshooting and resolving system issues independently and proactively. - Working closely with the manager and global counterparts to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience. - Proven expertise in configuration, automation, and platform customization within Salesforce. - Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred. - Hands-on experience with CPQ tools, preferably DealHub. - Strong understanding of pricing models, quoting, and proposal generation. - Ability to align CPQ configuration with sales strategy and operational efficiency. - In-depth knowledge of opportunity lifecycle, quoting strategies, and related sales operations. - Experience in recommending and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead system implementations or enhancements. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with Jira is a plus. Additionally, it would be nice to have: - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - Strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Self-driven with the ability to work independently across time zones. - A collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders.,
